Benitez and Blum Receive Enquirer All-City Second Team Honors

Congratulations to our boys soccer players who were named to the Cincinnati Enquirer All-City team!

Trey Blum '26- second team

Benitez and Blum, both four year varsity members, had incredible careers with the boys soccer program. Benitez holds the record for most saves in a career, season, and game. He shattered Ian McInturf's previous record for most saves in a career (314) and in a season (120) with 442 career saves and 146 saves this season. During the 2024 season, he set the record for most saves in a game with 13 vs. Indian Hill! Blum was a lockdown midfielder for the Nighthawks. He scored a career high 8 goals this season and 5 assists. Huge year for these two, they will be missed. Thank you for your impact on the program!
