Bio
Alicia has been sharing her love of cheerleading with athletes for more than 25 years. She is nationally certified through NFHS and USA Cheer, with a strong focus on safety, athlete protection, and supporting student well-being. Throughout her career, Alicia has led teams to multiple titles, including UCA National Championships (2019, 2020, 2022), OHSCCA State Championships (2022, 2023), and OHSCCA State Grand Championships (2023). She has also been recognized as OHSAA Coach of the Month (2022) and served on the Ohio High School Cheer Coaches Association Committee (2021–2023). Alicia takes pride in empowering athletes to build confidence, dedication, and lifelong skills that extend far beyond the sidelines.
